Nowadays shopping at physical stores is considered cost-ineffective and time-consuming. Thus, E-Commerce is booming. Online shopping is a process whereby consumers directly buy goods, services etc. from a seller without an intermediary service over the Internet. Shoppers can visit web stores from the comfort of their house and shop by sitting in front of the computer. Online stores are available 24 hours a day and accessible through the internet everywhere. So it is very convenient for them to shop online. One of the most enticing factors about online shopping is that it removes the system of waiting in lines or searching from a store for a particular item completely. With in-store shopping coming to a standstill during the Covid 19 pandemic, people realized these perks all the move and there was a sharp growth in E-commerce and thus online consumer behaviour of people.
The research aims to study this online consumption behaviour and the impact Covid 19 has brought upon it. It aims to study how factors concerning online consumer behaviour affect or have no effect on one another.
Primary data has been used for the research that was collected through an online survey. The number of participants was 50
