In this study, the structural investigation and design of the G+ 12 building with a flat slab as well as a regular slab were accomplished. The project was initiated by performing a literature study regarding the building design by utilising different books and articles. Them, the design attributes, equipment, and materials were chosen for the design of the proposed buildings. The building models having flat slabs and regular slabs were generated by employing the ETABS program.
After that, the structural examination was conducted, and evaluated the outcomes for both models. The results were determined for various structural parameters like deflection, story drift, and bending moment and concluded them.
