Human Development and Utilization in Kaduna State National Teachers Institute

This review impacts of human and material resources in an organization. How effectively and efficiently these can be trained, developed and put into utilization. 


Objectives of the study.

The broad objective of this research is to assess manpower development and its   utilizations   in   Federal  parastatals   using  the   National   Teachers  Institute (NTI) Kaduna as a case study. The specific objectives include;

  1. To   ascertain   whether  the   management  of  NTI  embark  on  manpower development.
  2. To examine the selection process of staff for training by the management of NTI.
  3. To ascertain whether the staff are effectively utilized after training so as to enhance organizational performance.
  4. To   identify   the   constraints   to   manpower   development   and   utilization   and proffer possible solutions
