Christianity began with the birth of Jesus as the saviour of mankind. Before his fulfilment of his birth in the New testament, Prophet Isaiah prophesied that a virgin will be with a child and born a son and call him Emmanuel. Then the prediction was fulfilled exactly in the new Testament in both Matthew and Luke.
