ABSTRACT---- The effect of wrapping type on the nutritive and organoleptic properties of Ogiri-egusi (fermented Citrullus vulgaris) seeds was studied. The leaves used were miracle fruit leaves (Thaumatococcus danellii), cocoyam leaves (Colocasia spp), and banana leaves (Musa sapientum).
