ABSTRACT The major purpose of this study was to evaluate improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the OTM graduates through the acquisition of ICT skills. The design of the study was an opinion survey research. The population consisted of 50 respondents, made up of 15 OTM staff and 35 students in Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro.
