This paper reviewed the need for information and communication technology (ICT) in tertiary institutions curriculum content, implementation as policy and activity in Nigeria tertiary education in order to meet up with the educational goals. This is carried out with respect to the notion with ICT in curriculum implementation by Koehler and Mishra (2009), Information and communication technology strategy by Johnson and scholes (2004).
