Current method of isolating pure culture

ABSTRACT
Pure Culture is a laboratory Culture that contains a single species of organisms. We have existing and current method of isolating pure culture which are spread plate, streak plate, pour plate and serial dilution this existing onces uses agar plate plate and is manually done and incubated for three days. but the current methods which are the capillary pipette, fluorescence activated sorting, laser capture microdissection etc they uses machine for its isolation. There are differences between the current and existing ,the current current are very fast to sort out single cell but the existing takes three days before it obtain a single organism.
