Abstract
This research seeks to unpack the impact of community radio in marginalised communities using a case study of diamond FM in Manicaland. The information gap continues to persist in Marginalized Communities. Henceforth this study was to a greater extent useful in closing the information gap. Researchers have used Zimbabwean literature and foreign literature to unleash the impact of community radio in marginalised communities. This research propounds that community radio in Manicaland has brought positive impacts particularly in the following thematic areas which includes the following areas political awareness, health issues, radical reforms, rural development, environmental protection, and lastly empowering the unprivileged.
