Abstract
Clinical engineering using of biomedical engineering in the health institutions in order to provide excellent health services by adjusting the purchase of equipment and their uses and maintenance standards. The goal of the project is to design a program that helps in the management and organization the department of clinical engineering in health institutions. The project was accomplished using micro soft access programming language. The program depends on the inventory of the devices in the health institution. program helps engineer and assistants in the medical engineering department in medical device coding and timing of maintenance time with possibly save manual of medical equipment troubleshooting, the program analyzes data from request that help in the process of buying new medical equipment. Reports are made based on the results of the screening devices, where the piece will help determine the best schedule instead of the comprehensive survey of the devices at a time. As a result of the program management of clinical engineering department could find organization of work and save time leads to improved performance.
