Difficulty Of Using The Conditional Among Learners Of French At University Of Holy Quran And Islamic Sciences Third Year Students

Abstract

This study analyzes the difficulties of using conditional verb encountered by students of French language. It targeted the identification of using the conditional verb, the problems facing grade 3 female students in the use of conditional verb at the school of language in the university of Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences. The study tries to recognize the conditional: how the conditional is expressed without the use of conditional article, how the relationship between conditional expression and integrative expression in explained and how to distinguish between conditional and futurity in inflection. For the recognition of the elements of responses, the research has specified three chapters for explaining questions including the test presented to female students of French language at the school of languages, University of Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences. In general, by the help of the results we have obtained, we can conclude in saying that, third year female students at the school of language in University of Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences are facing real problems in the use of conditional verb. Depending on these results, we would recommend the development of study in the area of French language rules and increase of French Language sessions especially those regarding the traditional rules for recognizing the conditional and its values.
