The study utilized descriptive correlation survey research design and data were collected from 168 respondents. The researcher analyzed the data using Statistics Programme for Social Sciences summing them using simple and complex frequency table, later computed relative frequencies, mean, Pearson Liner Correlation coefficient and regression. The study found out that majority of the respondent were assistant teachers, with teaching experience of more than ten years who were 0-level holders meaning that the teachers are experienced and capable of making pupils pass well in academic. Learning materials have positive effect on the performance. Teachers performance depended on learning material.
