ABSTRACT
This study was conducted to assess the effect of marketing communication on customer
buying habit at Uganda Telecom, case study Uganda Telecom Gulu Branch.
The research had some objectives which it aimed to achieve, among which are;
• To examine the effect of managing the relationships on customer buying habits at
Uganda Telecom.
• To analyze the effect of creation of product awareness on customer buying habits at
Uganda Telecom
• To establish the effects of customer service on customers buying habits at Uganda
T-elecom
• To examine the effect of product quality on customer buying habits at Uganda
Telecom.
• To analyze the effects of staff communication skills on customer buying habits at
Uganda Telecom.
Therefore, to achieve this, an in-depth analysis was carried out using the review of related
literature a secondary data and the responses from the respondents as the source of the
primary data (Questionnaires and interviews) were used here.
Data was analyzed by the use of descriptive methods such as percentage distribution and
:freqD;ency distribution. The findings were then in tables and figures and discussed where it was possible.
