WIRELESS TRAFFIC VIEWER USING J2ME

ABSTRACT
Real time data and information processing and transmission is the bane of the modern day information technology concepts.
[J2ME] phones can monitor real-time traffic video realization that This document is the realization of Mobile Traffic Cam Viewer, Electronic devices connect to one another in a variety of ways: A cable connects a computer's processing unit to a display, a data cable and a docking cradle connect a personal digital assistant (PDA) or a cellular phone to a computer, radio waves connect a cordless phone to its base unit, an infrared beam connects a remote control to a television. The elaborate array of connectors among electronic devices cries out for a better solution. That's where Bluetooth comes in. Bluetooth is a completely different way to form connections between electronic devices in close proximity. You can think of it as a cable-replacement technology, but its applications are limited only by our imaginations. Bluetooth does more than just replace cables. It is a radio-frequency technology that uses the 2.4 GHz Industrial-Scientific-Medical (ISM) band. If you have a baby monitor or a garage-door opener you're already using the ISM band.
