LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR ICT SUBJECTS

The study focuses on the development and evaluation of Learning Management System for ICT Subjects in the University of Rizal System Binangon and uring the academic year 2016-2017.

The system used PHP and MySQL as the programming language in developing the system. The study focuses on improving the quality of education in the University of Rizal System Binangonan, Rizal using the Learning Management System. Its’ main feature is to manage the modules in ICT subjects where information management is one of the goal of the study. It also includes the learning management system content such as curriculum, syllabus, activities, quizzes, examinations and table of specifications. The basic information of the students and faculty is also included in the system. This will be much easier for educators to have a common module based on the approved format of the university and Commission on Higher Education. The user access level of the developed system were composed of the admin, faculty and students. The system is not suitable for mobile devices/applications.
