this paper explains the relationship between the reproductive axis (Hypothalamo-pituitary-gonad axis) and reproduction. A practical application of this work is how on stress can affect fertility. it has been found that women exposed to stress, both physical and psychological have altered sexual cycles and even anovulatory cycles.
