Abstract:

The whole concept of organization orderliness is discipline. This involves tacking rightful and wrongful doing in the Company; as such disciplinary action is taking against the wrongful staff. Also discipline and disciplinary action is the most vital aspect in any organization.

In order to ensure the success of the management staff should be discipline so that to maintain continuity and also keep the organization going.

Furthermore, the disciplinary procedures of the organization includes the verbal warning, written warning, query, suspension, termination of appointment and dismissal. And these may encounter a lot of problems at the process of implementation which include sectionalism and favouritism rumours and Gossip among other.

Consequently, in order to ensure stability and improved performance, the Company should take all necessary disciplinary action against any staff who does misconduct in the Company without considering his connection with the management or anyone in the Company so that orderliness should prevail.
