Abstract A sample of Citrullus colocynthis fruits were collected from Alamab Area South Khartoum state, the seeds were isolated after dryness of the fruits. Phytochemical screening of the seeds indicate that they contain of flavonoids, tannins, cumarins , sterol, triterpene, saponins and Alkaloids.
